HypnoBirthing is a childbirth education program and philosophy that helps prepare women to give birth gently and naturally, without fear. The philosophy is that  healthy childbirth is normal and can happen comfortably, even painlessly, through deep relaxation, self-hypnosis, and having confidence in the innate ability of women to bring forth life; HypnoBirthing is a celebration of life.
